Roe Jan Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant located in historic Hillsdale, NY. We produce a rotating lineup of well-balanced beers, ranging from traditional ales and lagers to trending styles like IPAs and sours. Our inventive pub menu features wood-fired food made 100% from scratch, right down to the hamburger buns. Our spacious dining room includes a large octagonal bar surrounding a vintage grain hopper and a variety of seating options including café tables, large communal tables and cozy club chairs.
