Border Collie Herding Demonstration

A compliment to our “No Sheep, No Wool” Festival…………………..

We all know border collies are adorable, but did you know that they are also amazing herding animals? Come see for yourself when Wild Goose Chase NE from right here in Columbia County! The Johnson Family’s border collies will demonstrate their herding techniques and skills and when you’re done, please visit our vendors to do some shopping. Our featured vendors are Mountain Yarns (yarn, finished fiber goods, rugs) and Platte Clove Naturals (natural granola and bug sprays), and don’t worry, all of our vendors and performers follow appropriate COVID-19 protocols.
This program is FREE, but registration is required and tickets will be checked at the door. Parking is $5, to be paid at the parking lot’s pay stations. Attendance is limited!
PLEASE NOTE: Clermont follows all NYS Department of Health guidelines for safety during the COVID 19 pandemic. Masks and social distancing will be required of all participants until these guidelines are lifted by New York State Parks.
