Clermont and Construction
Saturday, August 20, 2:00 pm
Free
Since the 1730s, everyone who has lived or worked at Clermont has left their mark on the mansion. Over nearly 300 years, Clermont has been rebuilt after a fire, had wings added, had its flat roof pitched, had porches added and torn off, and has been repainted hundreds of times! Join Educator Emily Robinson for a presentation about Clermont’s construction history, from the first generations of the Livingston family to today.
