Sunset Sound Bath and Hike

Deepen your connection with nature and your inner landscape in this special CLC guided nature walk with a nourishing sound bath at Overmountain Conservation Area. We will sharpen our hearing and seeing on this walk. At the end of the walk, we will bathe in healing sound for an inner journey accompanied by overtones emitting sound instruments. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to lay down for this sound journey.

What to expect: Trails are packed earth and mowed grass with slight inclines. The Sound Bath will take place at the Kite Hill Gazebo overlook.

What to bring: Water, weather appropriate clothing and footwear, lawn chair or blanket to lay down, blanket or additional layer as it gets colder during the sound bath.
