Via Cassia is casual trattoria style restaurant just like you would find down any side street in any Italian city, something simple and easy, with a rustic menu, and interesting wine. Owned and operated by Chef Gaetano Arnone, his career started with 10 years in NYC at Babbo Ristorante, followed by 4 years in Tuscany, and eventually settling into Hudson, opening Via Cassia with his wife Meigan Arnone in March 2024.
Dogs are welcome on the patio (weather pending) and a portion of the menu is available for take out, pick up only.
