Will Proper is a talented young musician from Athens, NY. He sings a wonderful mix of Rock, Blues & Country. You may have heard him play at the Stewart House in Athens, NY or the Gulden Farm Thanksgiving Market. If not, now’s your chance to say, “I saw him before he became famous!”
